Villa Gudiolo 

Villa Gudiolo is a beautiful villa, perfect for family holidays and groups. The main villa sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, and the tower attached to the main house can sleep an additional 3  The property has many quiet corners and ample spaces all comfortably wrapped in elegance and furnished with antiques and original features.

There is a large garden and a stunning swimming pool with barbeque for the perfect summer rental, fully equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower. 

Main Villa 

The ground floor of the house offers a cool and airy sitting room with an old brick floor, traditional open fireplace (making a wonderful winter retreat), and great oak beams. There is a dining room beside the sitting room and both rooms open onto a large terrace with an enormous dining table.

The kitchen is generously equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and there is a laundry room next door with washine machine. The hallway from the kitchen leads outside to a gorgeous outdoor terrace that is covered by ancient figs and furnished with a luxurious hammock and outdoor furniture.

A winding wooden staircase leads to the first floor with a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. There is beautiful double bedroom that leads onto its own terrace. There is also a master bedroom with its own handsome en suite bathroom on the first floor.

The narrow wooden stairs carry on up to the top of the house, where there is a self-contained suite. There is a small sitting room with its very own back door for slipping out to walk in the gardens behind the house, a large double bedroom with its own bathroom. There is space in the small sitting room to add an additional child's bed if needed.

Medieval Tower

The medieval tower is adjacent to the main house and perfect for groups who need extra space or privacy. It is not rented independently only with the house.

The tower is on 4 floors, a single bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor with additional external stairs, a stair case leads to the 3rd floor and the double bedroom and then a further stair case leads to the sitting room at the top. This has stunning views across the countryside, perfect for reading and relaxing. An additional bed can be added to the top room if required.
