This luxurious villa is situated in the estate of Murlo castle which includes Antognolla golf course and many acres of private woodland, olive groves, lakes and moutains. The estate is one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Umbria and allows plenty of opportunity to view the local wildlife.

The villa has a little chapel in the grounds and a large and beautiful garden. The grounds and gardens have been fenced for privacy and security and are immaculately maintained. They contain a lovely kitchen garden with outdoor dining table, a patio terrace with tables and chairs, a wonderful swimming pool and finally a fantastic decking area for relaxing and eating, perched on the edge of the garden to take in the full extent of the magnificent views. 

The villa comes with daily maid service and butler who is on duty throughout your stay to ensure that your every need is met. He will pamper you and his service is one of the highlights of this stunning property. 

 

Main Villa

The villa has been immacutately furnished throughout in warm, rich colours, comfortable furnishings, good sized living areas, en-suite bathrooms and has all the comforts of a modern home.

You enter the villa through a spacious, living and dining room with working fire place and featuring open-stoned walls. The dining table can seat up to 10 people and is  a wonderful place to enjoy a 4 course gourmet meal cooked by the chef of Murlo Castle. 

There is a charming kitchen with breakfast table and french doors  lead to the garden and external dining area and there is a very useful additional pantry / laundry room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, 4 ring stove, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and washing machine.

There is broadband wireless internet available throughout the property and a good selection of books and guidebooks.

Stone stairs lead to the first floor that contains 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin all with en-suite bathrooms. 

 

Chapel

A corridor from the kitchen leads onto the ancient converted chapel, that can also be reached independently from a door onto the terrace.

This contains a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a sitting room with large sofas, sateilite television and dvd player. There is also a good selection of dvds for guests to enjoy.

There is  a guest bathroom with shower. situated between the chapel and the main house which can be used during the days while you are relaxing at the swimming pool.
